Let’s talk about the Price as of 5/30/2026
I don’t make predictions but I will make a discussion about the price. Obviously, people put time or money into what they think is valuable at that time. Bitcoin wasn’t taken seriously until it’s value increased. If there wasn’t a price tag on these assests than we couldn’t discuss them in terms of value anyway.
In short, price is how much we as individuals or we as collective groups value something. For example, I only know things about Pokemon cards because of the price of the cards. I am not a collector and I don’t know much about it, but I know that some of those cards are extremely valuable. Price drives interest, interest brings, knowledge.
I didn’t know Kurt Cobain was until they put him on MTV. He was just as talented before he was on MTV, the price tag just hadn’t caught up to the talent of the man yet.
You have to be talented AND successful. There are plenty who aren’t necessarily highly talented but they are extremely successful. And vice Versa as well. Their are savants who live in mansions and there are savants who are penniless. There are plenty of talented people who never get very rich. Value is a trick thing.
There was a time where everyone was on a horse and then a decade later everyone was buying cars. Henry Ford and his Motor Company did not strike success that I know of until mass intrest and mass adoption happend. There was a time before the car, the computer, the phone, whatever… and in that time early investors did quite well.
They saw a value. The price tag was whatever it was at that time, and it was deemed interesting enough to warrant some value, any value at all means something. That interest came before the interest of millions of others and it paid off.
That is what I am trying to accomplish with my investment. It has proven to be true in the past, so I believe early investing in a valuable project is the goal. The Internet Computer Protocol and it’s ICP token fit that niche for me. I am not recommending it for others because their needs, values, vision, and knowledge base are different than mine. The same path is not advised for everyone in life, but I will explain the what and why’s of this particular investment for myself.
I can’t go overboard on the investment. I don’t want to “gamble” . Nothing is certain in life except that gambling often leads to losing. In a since investing is the slower, more responsible for of gambling, but I see the two as distinctly different in my life. I live near casinos, I do not go to them.
I like compound interest and what I invest accrues roughly 2-6% depending on length of staking. Compounding interest makes a lot of sense and further amplifies the investment’s value in the long run. The bank only gives 3.84% on a 12 month Certificate of Deposit, so getting over 6% on a 24 month staking duration is a reasonable investment in comparison.
The only real ask is that will the investment today be worth more dollars tomorrow? In my particular case and at time particular time I would say yes. Big or small, the investment has value in my mind. I think the price tag will be significantly higher in 2 years so its a decent investment for me at this time.

My realistic expectation is that go significantly higher in the next few years. Any increase is welcome of course and just money is not my sole objective. I think the technology is highly valuable and in the future that the price tag will catch up to the talent.

This is crypto winter. Many coins may not survive the winter. It is extremely hard to pick one of thousands, but I think this one has a future because of the tech that’s in it. It’s worth the investment for me.
